In 2024, Christoph Hochhäusler's new film celebrated its German premiere at our festival

With his latest work, acclaimed German auteur Christoph Hochhäusler has created a masterfully directed and suspenseful neo-noir thriller in the style of French polar films. What ist it about? The ace hitwoman Tez (Sophie Verbeeck) is hired by the powerful Brussels gangster boss Charles Mahr (Louis-Do de Lencquesaing) to avenge the murder of one of his couriers. However, she soon finds herself caught up in a web of lies and intrigue. Who is manipulating and using whom becomes ever more difficult to discern – and the huntress herself becomes the hunted. The German premiere took place in 2024 at our 73rd IFFMH in the presence of the cast and crew.
