Panel: Kultur, Internationalität und Integration

Diversity and internationality are central pillars of the IFFMH. This year, we will once again show films from all continents and once again, filmmakers from all over the world will come to Mannheim and Heidelberg to talk to you, our audience. All these people bring stories with them, shaped by their different ethnic, social, cultural backgrounds. We cooperate with a variety of cultural, social and political initiatives: At the IFFMH, ballroom performances, DJ sets and gallery installations all have their place - as do sports. We are thus dedicated to abolishing the supposed difference between "high culture" and other culture.

Among other guests, we are looking forward to former soccer player Josephine Henning. As a player, she has won the DFB Cup, the German Championship, the Champions League, the European Championship and the Olympic Games. Today, she is involved with the Foundation for Football and Culture.
