Meet the International Jury

Every year we are delighted to compose a distinguished international jury that brings together a wealth of film expertise from a range of perspectives. After all, this jury awards three of our prizes, with a total value of €55,000. The jury members this year are German filmmaker Christian Klandt, Georgian director and screenwriter Dea Kolumbegashvili, and Hungarian director, screenwriter, and producer Katalin Moldovai. During their roughly week-long stay at the festival, the jurors will once again have a busy schedule this year. Nevertheless, we want to give you the opportunity to get to know them better, to learn about their views on our program and cinema in general, and better understand the reasons behind their decisions. And who knows – maybe they will even let slip a hint or two about their favorites!
