Sensual group portrait of an unconventional love between three people – associative and kaleidoscopic storytelling combines with exhilarating imagery.

Stéphanie, who is trans and living in Paris, learns that her mother is seriously ill. Together with Mikhail and Djamel, with whom she shares a free mix of friendship and love, she travels back to her childhood home. It’s a journey that opens doors to the past, and Stéphanie's childhood memories are of Pierre: the boy she once was. - Agnès Godard one more time succeeds in crafting a cinema of eminent physicality. Whether the characters are in bed together, dancing in the club, or rolling down a hill, under the gaze of Godard’s lens their individual bodies merge into entirely new entities.
