A love letter to cinema and football: Alexandre Koberidze draws from film history’s bag of tricks in this romantic fairy tale.

When a curse separates the two lovers in this film, it is the camera itself that reunites them. Lisa, a pharmacist, and Giorgi, a football player, have met only twice before, but are madly in love with each other. A date is supposed to seal the deal, but the „evil eye” makes each of them wake up in a different body. They don’t recognise each other. Alexandre Koberidze’s camera circles around them like a satellite. Sometimes meandering, sometimes wavering, but always drawn to them, he seems to hope that they’ll find each other in a film-worthy manner. In the process, he wanders through the Georgian city of Kutaisi, observes the preparations for the football World Cup and ponders the climate catastrophe, only to trust in the evocative power of cinema in the end.
