Event Management & Young Film Festival
Emelie studied ethnology and sociology at Heidelberg University. From 2022 to 2023, she gained experience in Heidelberg's cultural scene by organising living room concerts as part of the ReSound collective. She also supported the Musikbox production team with live recordings of various musicians. In 2023, Emelie got her first taste of festival life as an intern in the IFFMH production team. She returned to the festival in the following years as a working student and assistant in the production department – and has been a permanent member of the production team since 2026, also continuing to support our Young Film Festival.
