Ticket reservations can only be made up until 90 minutes before the screening starts.

Tickets have to be picked up no later than 60 minutes before the screening starts.

You can also make reservations in the presale at our Festival-Info-Points.

All ticket counters at all venues open 60 minutes before the first screening. You can buy tickets for all venues at the ticket counters.

Tickets are not returnable. Exceptions can only be made if an entire screening is cancelled. Delays are no reason for returning tickets. We ask you to count possible delays in!
